Rental Policy

1. Rental Agreement

By placing an order through our website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our Rental Agreement. This includes payment of rental fees, compliance with rental periods, and adherence to our policies regarding use, care, and return of rented items.

2. Rental Fees

Rental fees are based on the type and quantity of items rented, as well as the duration of the rental period. All fees are clearly displayed on our website and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date specified in your order and ends on the date of return as agreed upon in the Rental Agreement. Any extension of the rental period must be requested and approved in advance.

4. Damage and Loss

The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented items during the rental period. Any damage or loss of items must be reported immediately. The customer will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs of damaged or lost items.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our discretion.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup of rented items are available and can be scheduled at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for delivery and pickup services, depending on the location and size of the order.

7. Use of Rented Items

Rented items are to be used only for their intended purpose and in a safe and responsible manner. Any misuse or damage caused by improper use will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Insurance

Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for rented items during the rental period. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to rented items during the rental period.

9. Governing Law

This Rental Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  California. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of California 

10. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Rental Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates or changes.
